A Thousand Horses is taking us down south with the release of their new music video for “Southernality.”

Directed by Shaun Silva, the live video was filmed during the band’s high-energy opening set on Jason Aldean’s We Were Here Tour. It also lands them in front of a green screen in Nashville.

“This was a really fun shoot since we got to film most of it in a concert setting,” said frontman Michael Hobby. “Our fans relate to the message of this song and we love getting to show our Southern personalities when we perform.”

The band’s debut single, “Smoke,” went No.1 at country radio. “Southernality” is the title track and third single from their debut album.

A Thousand Horses will spend their summer out on the road, hitting numerous festivals including Tortuga (4/16) and Stagecoach (5/1). The group is also nominated for two 2016 American Country Countdown Awards.
