"Every little thing / I remember every little thing / The high, the hurt, the shine, the sting / Every little thing,” the Kentucky native sings in the heart-wrenching ballad.

Carly Pearce is putting “Every Little Thing” she has into the new live music video for her debut single. In an understated, but stunning clip, Carly croons the song into a microphone at Brown Owl Studio in Nashville.

“The scent that you left on my pillow / The sound of your heartbeat with mine / The look in your eyes like a window / The taste of your kiss soaked in wine / Every little thing / I remember every little thing / The high, the hurt, the shine, the sting / Every little thing,” the Kentucky native sings in the heart-wrenching ballad.

Pearce wrote the tune with Emily Shackelton and busbee (Maren Morris, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum), who also serves as producer for her upcoming debut album.

“As a songwriter, you write all different kinds of songs, but this one came from I lost what I call ‘the big love’ and this was more like therapy of wanting to write something super real, kind of like a snapshot of what I was feeling in the moment, feeling like I couldn’t take another breath. Because when you’re in those moments, you can’t let your heart get over something faster than it can,” Pearce told Sounds Like Nashville of the song. “I had to deal with that, and I think when people lose a heartbreak and this is why it’s translating so much. It is that uncomfortable desperation of just feeling like you’ve lost something so big. That is exactly what ‘Every Little Thing’ was for me is just losing that love that in the moment you don’t think you can live without.”

“Every Little Thing” officially hits country radio on March 20, but fans can purchase the track on iTunes now.
