Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban Rock ‘The Fighter’ at ACM Awards
Even Nicole Kidman got in the spirit of the duet by lip-synching along with her husband during some of the energetic verses.
Introduced as a dynamic duo of two of the most nominated artists, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban dominated the stage at the award show with a rocking performance of their duet, “The Fighter.”
As always, Urban stunned in his skinny-tie suit alongside a dazzling Underwood ensemble, complete with sparkling gold tassel fringe swaying back and forth as she danced next to her talented duet partner. Complementing each other vocally and musically, the two charmed the obliging crowd with their cute asides and sweet chemistry.

Even Nicole Kidman got in the spirit of the duet by lip-synching along with her husband during some of the energetic verses. Reba showed her best moves while bopping along to the booming beat of the pop-country track.
“The Fighter” marks the fifth single off of Urban’s record, Ripcord, which was released in 2016. Both country stars teamed up to perform the hit at the 2017 GRAMMY Awards as well, killing their performance on Music’s Biggest Stage that night.
Both Underwood and Urban are taking quick breaks off of their hectic schedules at the moment to be with their families after touring the majority of last year.
