Are you looking for a role on the small screen? Look no further because filming for Dolly Parton’s Netflix series is about to begin and they are searching for extras.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, filming for Parton’s show will take place from Sept. 19-25. Catrett Casting is holding an open casting call, looking for extras to fit into the roles of WWII soldiers, 1940s townsfolk, war amputees, diner staff and “facial expressions.”

Each of the roles have specific looks for casting. Applicants for the WWII soldiers need to be Caucasian males between 18-26, while the 1940s townsfolk must be Caucasian men and women from 18 years and older.

To apply for a specific role, candidates can email submissions@catrettcasting with the subject line of ENLISTED, TOWNFOLD, WOUNDED VET, DINER STAFF or EXPRESSIONS, while including three well-lit, current photos, name, age, height, weight and current phone number. All of the extra roles will be paid $75 for eight hours of work.

In June, Parton announced that her Dixie Pixie Productions company teamed up with Warner Bros. Television and Netflix for a series slated to premiere in 2019. Each episode will focus on a different song from the legendary singer, and Parton herself is expected to make appearances.

“As a songwriter, I have always enjoyed telling stories through my music. I am thrilled to be bringing some of my favorite songs to life with Netflix,” Parton said at the time. “We hope our show will inspire and entertain families and folks of all generations, and I want to thank the good folks at Netflix and Warner Bros. TV for their incredible support.”

No word yet on which eight songs will be featured.
