Cole Swindell Plays First-Ever Musical Performance at 4 World Trade Center

Cole Swindell created quite the special moment atop 4 World Trade Center by bringing even more emotions to a highly significant building.

Swindell performed his latest single, “You Should Be Here,” a track dedicated to his late father, while filming a segment for Fox and Friends at the WTC 4. The acoustic performance was the first time a musician has played in the building and it sure won’t be the last after making such a symbolic impact on viewers.

With a beautiful view of the city as the picturesque background and the powerful significance of the skyscraper, Swindell took to Instagram following his performance to post a black and white picture captioned, “Y’all have no idea how honored I am to stand right here. Thanks @foxandfriends for this moment! #NeverForget #MiddleOfAMemory.”

Swindell will join Florida Georgia Line on the road this summer as their opening act on the Dig Your Roots Tour. His new album, which shares the same name as his single, is available for purchase now.
