The CMA Awards were live from Nashville, TN Wednesday night, Nov. 14. Hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, the celebration honored the best in country music over the past year. While “Country Music’s Biggest Night” was a lovefest that honored the amazing music coming out of Music City, not everyone was impressed with by the genre’s biggest stars.

Luke Combs was described as the human equivalent of cornbread, while the men of Midland were told they appear to be actor Sasha Baron Cohen in various disguises. New Artist of the Year nominee Lauren Alaina LOL-ed at her tweet: “I listened to Lauren Alaina today and cried. Not because she touched my heart or anything,” it read. “Her voice busted my windows.”
