Eli Young Band Sets Release Date for New Album, ‘Fingerprints’
Fingerprints is set to release on June 16, with preorder available to begin on April 28.
Eli Young Band is about to make another impression on the country music world with the release of their brand new record, Fingerprints.
After working day in and day out with producers Ross Copperman and Jeremy Stover, the guys in the country band have created an 11-track album complete with rocky tones and an uplifting spirit weighing heavily throughout the songs. Featuring their current contagious single, “Saltwater Gospel,” the band hopes to bring positivity into the ears of their fans throughout the lighthearted sound they focused on for this recent endeavor.

“We started out as college friends united through music and while we’ve grown into much more, this album really is a return to where we came from,” said guitarist of the group, James Young.
Eli Young Band really paid attention to the love that the fans give to them during live shows and replicated that same feeling back into the music and lyrics of Fingerprints. Ranging in all emotions from joyous to passionate and everything in between, the group made the dynamic record to reciprocate the devotion their supporters give to them in their career.
“With this album, we made a concerted effort to take our cues from our fans,” explained bass player Jon Jones. “We’ve really paid attention to which songs they respond to during the live shows, whether they were the singles, or deep album cuts. We wanted to go into the studio with sounds that have resonated the most with the fans.”
Fingerprints is set to release on June 16, with pre-order available to begin on April 28.
