Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve will kick off 2019 with a long list of music’s biggest acts. The annual event, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, will take over New York City, New Orleans and Los Angeles for a series of star-studded performances, including newly added Maren Morris and Florida Georgia Line. The two country powerhouses will head south to New Orleans to perform during the five-hour live telecast.

“I’m excited to celebrate my first New Year as the Mayor of New Orleans, and proud to have the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve team there to mark the moment,” New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said in a statement (via Billboard). “We’re kicking off a whole new chapter in the history of our City, and pointing the way forward to the next 300 years!”

“We’re preparing for another stellar Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest event, broadcasting New Orleans ringing in the New Year live from the French Quarter. For the third straight year, this partnership gives us the opportunity to showcase our joie de vivre and penchant for hospitality to a national audience,” added Stephen Perry, president & ceo of New Orleans & Company. “We’re eager to kick off the new year with a reminder to millions watching at home that nobody hosts celebrations quite like we do.”

While Morris and FGL heat up the Big Easy, Los Angeles will overflow with exciting performances from Lauren Alaina, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini with The Chainsmokers, Camila Cabello, Halsey, Shawn Mendes, Weezer, Foster the People, Dua Lipa, Ella Mai, Charlie Puth, Ciara and Macklemore with Skylar Grey. Post Malone will perform at midnight during the broadcast from a stop on his tour in Brooklyn, NY.

Returning this year as host for the thirteenth year will be Ryan Seacrest. Joining him for NYC reporting will be Jenny McCarthy, with actress Lucy Hale and singer Ciara hosting from New Orleans and Los Angeles, respectively.
