For one night only the King of Country will take over Atlanta for a once-in-a-lifetime concert experience. On March 30, 2019 George Strait will head to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium to perform for fans.

Joining the legendary singer will be CMA and ACM Male Vocalist of the Year Chris Stapleton, as well as rising stars Chris Janson and Ashley McBryde.

The performance will mark Strait’s first show in Atlanta since his Cowboy Rides Away Tour at the State Farm Arena in 2014. It was during that tour that the hitmaker announced his retirement from touring and that he’d only perform for select appearances.

The announcement of Strait’s performance in Atlanta comes hot on the heels of his reveal that he’d be returning to the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for two shows in February. Scheduled for February 1 and 2, 2019, the Texas native will take to the stage to perform many of his hits. McBryde is scheduled to open for each of the shows.

The Strait to Vegas concert series began with six shows in 2016 and extended with 10 more the following year. He will play his final shows of 2018 at the T-Mobile Arena on December 7 and 8.
