Jason Aldean Recruits Kelsea Ballerini for Duet on New Album

Jason Aldean is pulling out all the stops for his upcoming album, They Don’t Know, including recruiting one of Country music’s hottest new stars for a duet.

The track listing for the 15-song album was revealed via iTunes, and fans quickly recognized a name included on track No.5 on the pre-order page: ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year, Kelsea Ballerini.

The pair will come together for a duet on a song called “First Time Again.” Coincidentally, Ballerini’s debut album was titled The First Time, so it sounds like this pairing was a match made in heaven.

Ballerini shared the news on Twitter saying, “SO excited about this,” and linking off to a screen shot of the album pre-order page.

Aldean announced his new album earlier this week after learning the news that his latest single, “Lights Come On,” reached the top of the charts at Country radio.

The Georgia native is currently headlining his Six String Circus Tour and will release the album on September 9.
