Kane Brown is arguably one of country music’s fastest rising acts. Garnering numerous hits and staggering accolades from his self-titled debut, the Georgia native is ready to kick things into high gear with a sophomore record and headlining tour.

Before kicking off his Live Forever Tour in January, the 24-year-old will release Experiment, a 12-song album on which he co-wrote 11 of the tracks, on Nov. 9. Calling the album a mix of ’90s country, R&B country, “super rock” and swamp, the songs feature a little bit of everything that helped influence the singer growing up.

“If I want to have a long career, instead of doing what other people want, I knew I had to do what I love, experiment with sounds and see what people gravitate towards,” Brown told USA Today. “It’s all over the place. That’s why we called it ‘Experiment.’”

Many of the songs from Experiment will play into Brown’s headlining arena tour, for which he’s bringing Granger Smith, with RaeLynn, Danielle Bradbery and Jimmie Allen on select dates.

“It’s my biggest tour so far,” Brown shared. “We’ve been in clubs, and now we’ll be playing for 8,000 to 10,000 people. We’re excited to work on our production and get it bigger and just get on the road and out of the clubs.”

He continued, “I think this tour is going to show people that it’s not just an internet thing anymore. I think this tour is going to show people that we’re here to stay. We’re not going anywhere, and we’re going to keep working our tails off. My team and my fans are going to keep growing and getting better and making a name for ourselves.”
