Luke Bryan’s life flashes before his eyes in the brand new (and very emotional!) music video for his latest single, “Fast.”

Showcasing photos of moments throughout the superstar’s life, including him as a child with his late brother and sister, his budding relationship with wife Caroline, the birth of his sons, and highlights of his massively successful country music career, the music video taps into fans’ emotions while reminding them to enjoy the little moments in life.

“Sixty seconds now feels more like thirty Tick-tock, won’t stop, around it goes/ Sand through the glass sure falls in a hurry/ And all you keep trying to do is slow it down, soak it in/ Keep trying to make the good times last as long as you can/ But you can’t, man/ It just goes too fast,” the Georgia native sings in the chorus.

Bryan first teased the video earlier this week with an adorable clip of him facetiming with his eldest son, Bo (Thomas Boyer), who had called to inform him that he has his very first girlfriend. “She said yes?” Bryan asks. “Yep,” Bo replies. He then details how he asked her out at recess in front of her friends. With a smile on his face, Bryan tells him, “Good job, buddy.”

“Fast” is the sixth single from Bryan’s 2015 release, Kill the Lights. The superstar co-wrote it alongside Rodney Clawson and Luke Laird and is one that Bryan hopes fans will take to heart.

“Every time I come home my boys are bigger and starting to throw me around the house a little more, and one day I’ll snap my fingers and you wish you could have froze time a little bit. And I think anytime you can help people slow down and reflect on that and remember to take things in stride a little bit better, I think people love hearing that in a song,” he shared.
