Miranda Lambert has done it again! Her new music video for her current radio single, “Vice,” is going to have everyone talking.

The video introduces Lambert in an all-too-shocking way by making her suavely escape from what seems to be a fatal car crash and walk away with only dust to shake off. Metaphorically speaking, the singer mirrors the aimless emotions spelled out in the song by drifting her way around the small-town misery she has come to know a little too well. Falling back on the security of her habits that may have led her to the middle of nowhere, Lambert plays the lost girl role with a touch of strength confused with numbness but makes it look cool nonetheless.

“Vice” is the latest single for Lambert on country radio since her well-received album, Platinum, was released back in 2014. She co-wrote the song with Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne, laying out all of her vulnerability throughout the lyric. Mixing together the scattered, seductive guitar plugs with the rawness of the lyrics, Lambert has stamped her next move on her career with this mature and creative sound.

While no exact announcements have been made on an upcoming album for the country singer, fans are greatly awaiting music soon from Lambert to accompany the track.

The single is available for purchase on digital music retailers. Check out the recently released music video for “Vice” now.
