RaeLynn Reschedules Album for ‘Amazing Opportunity’
Rather than spend her days awaiting the release, RaeLynn has been keeping herself busy in many ways, including a throwback visit to the show that gave her career a boost back in the day.
While RaeLynn was looking to close out the year of 2016 with a bang, she’s decided to bring the anticipation for her debut album with her into 2017.
The country singer originally planned to release her album WildHorse on December 2, but thanks to some changes in the schedule and exciting endeavors in the midst, she doesn’t mind holding back the project she’s dedicated herself to for the past four years.
“We were initially targeting a release for this year but an amazing opportunity has come along that’s changed the way I’m thinking about my debut album launch,” said RaeLynn. “The big news will be coming soon. I am SO excited to share it with you all and make 2017 the year of the WILDHORSE!”

During her visit to the set of NBC’s The Voice, she got to hang with pals like Blake Shelton and even meet up with some of the contestants who are in the same position she was just a few short years ago.

“It was such a fun day talking with everyone about season 11 of The Voice and getting to share music from my new album,” she said. “Blake has been such a great champion for me and spending time with Blake, Adam and Carson was hilarious. I got to meet and chat with Alicia Keys and Miley Cyrus and they are such incredible artists and women. That show is really something special!”
A specific date for the release of WildHorse has not yet been announced, but iTunes currently lists the release for June 30, 2017.
