The much-anticipated return of The Band Perry appears to be coming on Monday, August 1.

The sibling trio has deemed August 1 “Comeback Day” and has been teasing the acronym “CBK” with cryptic messages posted to their various social media channels all week long. Additionally, along with the mysterious posts, all previous Tweets and Instagram photos have been deleted from The Band Perry’s accounts.

“CBK” reportedly stands for “Comeback Kid” and is said to the be title of the group’s new single.

This release marks TBP’s first new music since parting ways with the Big Machine Label Group earlier this year. They later found a new label home in a joint deal with Universal Music Group’s Interscope imprint and Mercury Nashville.

Sounds Like Nashville caught up with The Band Perry last month and they told us that they couldn’t be more excited to release new music.

“We’ve gone through an amazing transition and we’re so proud to be at a label home with such caring people who just believe in our music and we’re so excited to get a new song on country radio. It’s right around the corner,” Kimberly Perry shared.
