Eric Church, Chris Stapleton Lead 51st Annual ACM Awards Nominees

This morning (2/1), Dierks Bentley revealed the nominees for the 51st Annual Academy of Country Music Awards during the 8:00 a.m. hour of CBS This Morning.

Eric Church earned five nominations in major categories, including Entertainer of the Year. Chris Stapleton was also a five-time nominee, earning nods in several categories, including Album of the Year for Traveller. Newcomer Cam, who is a first-time ACM nominee, racked in four nominations. Chris Young and Little Big Town are also multi-nominees, each earning four nods a piece.

New to the show this year is Bentley as a co-host, replacing Luke Bryan’s longtime hosting partner, Blake Shelton. The 51st ACM Awards will be broadcast LIVE from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.
