It’s time to celebrate all our favorites at the 2018 American Music Awards. The nominees were revealed by  Kane Brown, Bebe Rexha, Ella Mai and Normani Wednesday morning, Sept. 12, live from YouTube Space L.A.

Among those country stars with the top nominees were Maren Morris, Thomas Rhett and Florida Georgia Line. Both Morris and FGL earned nominations in all-genre categories for their cross-over hits, “The Middle” and “Meant to Be,” respectively. Rhett was also a top country nominee, earning marks in both the Favorite Male Artist – Country and Favorite Album – Country categories. To his happy surprise, Brown scored three nominations, making him the most nominated country artist of the year.

Black-ish actress Tracee Ellis Ross will return as host.

The honorees are chosen based on fan interactions, as well as album and digital song sales, radio airplay, streaming, social activity and touring. Billboard and its data partners, including Nielsen Music and Next Big Sound, track the measurements during the time period from Sept. 15, 2017 through Aug. 9, 2018.

The annual awards show airs live from L.A.’s Microsoft Theater on Oct. 9 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
