Randy Travis has played a huge part in the evolution of country music, so some of his greatest friends and colleagues in the format are getting together for one massive tribute to honor the star for his contributions to the genre.

The event, 1 Night. 1 Place. 1 Time.: A Heroes and Friends Tribute to Randy Travis, will be held in Nashville on February 8 to recognize the country icon and all of his accomplishments he’s earned throughout his years as an artist in the music industry. As the sweet guy everyone knows him to be, Travis has made a lot of close relationships throughout his career and they are coming back to celebrate with him on all of his achievements.

Enlisted to make appearances at the tribute include artists like Alabama, Kenny Rogers, Rodney Atkins, Chris Janson, Jamey Johnson, Montgomery Gentry, Michael Ray, Ricky Skaggs, Michael W. Smith, The Randy Travis Band, Tanya Tucker and Josh Turner. More guests that may surprise fans at the tribute have yet to be announced.

As a new member of the Country Music Hall of Fame, Travis’ team wanted to find a way for fans and friends to show their love for Travis in a unique way, and they believe the tribute is the perfect opportunity to showcase the country star’s career.

Nashville is coming together on February 8 for one night in one place and at one time to give back to their friend and musical hero, Randy Travis. It’s amazing to see the support that Randy has received from the music industry since his stroke. We’re thrilled to have all of these artists come out and pay tribute to him,” said Tony Conway, Travis’ manager.

Tickets for 1 Night. 1 Place. 1 Time.: A Heroes and Friends Tribute to Randy Travis will go on sale on Friday, December 9 to the general public and can be purchased online on Ticketmaster. A part of the proceeds earned for the tribute will go back to the Randy Travis Foundation, which supports research and rehabilitation for strokes. The show will be held at the Bridgestone Arena on February 8, 2017.
