With American Idol entering its final season this week, the competition is sure to be fiercer than ever. To gear up for season premiere, the show has been teasing fans with clips of this season’s auditions.

Earlier in December, we were introduced to 15-year-old Tristan, who sang Mickey Guyton’s “Why Baby Why.” In their latest teasers, we meet two insanely talented hopefuls, Michelle Marie Lecza and Josiah Siska.

Lecza, a 15-year-old Daytona Beach, FL native took on the LeAnn Rimes classic, “Blue.”

“Some people just sing so naturally,” judge Jennifer Lopez says, much to the agreement of Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr.

17-year-old Dacula, GA native Siska is a self-procclaimed Johnny Cash fan. He decided to take on the legend’s song, “Ghost Riders in the Sky.”

“That’s just cool. We’ve never heard anything like that,” Connick said of the deep voiced Siska. “You’re definitely in your own lane,” Urban agreed.

The clip cuts out before we learn if Lecza or Siska earn golden tickets to move on to Hollywood Week. To see more of the contestants and to catch the last season of Idol, tune in Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8/7c on FOX starting January 6.
