Ashley Monroe Reveals Baby’s Gender with Bikini Shot
Ashley Monroe took to Instagram to reveal the gender of her first child with husband John Danks.
Ashley Monroe isn’t shying away from showing off her growing baby bump!
Wearing a peach-colored bikini and an adorable floral cover up, the singer/songwriter took to Instagram on Sunday (March 19) to share the news that she and her husband, Atlanta Braves pitcher John Danks, are expecting a baby boy.
“It’s a BABY BOY!! A big one I have a feeling,” she captioned the post.
Monroe also used the popular social media platform to announce her pregnancy on Christmas Day 2016.
“Best present ever,” she wrote, along with a photo of an ultrasound decorated with emojis. “Merry Christmas everyone.. so many new things coming in 2017!! ❤”
Baby Danks will be the first child for the couple, who wed in the fall of 2013 after meeting through a mutual friend in 2011.
Monroe recently returned to the studio to begin work on the follow up to her 2015 release, The Blade.
