"This is a dream come true," Calabrese told SLN. "I’m bringing both of my loves and passions together which is fitness and dance and helping more people.”

Last week, nearly 30,000 Beachbody coaches descended upon downtown Nashville for the fitness company’s annual Coach Summit.

This year’s event was extra special because celebrity trainer Autumn Calabrese was on hand for the exciting release of her new cardio, dance fitness workout, Country Heat. After months of hard work, Calabrese was thrilled to finally release the program for all to enjoy.

“It has been amazing,’ Calabrese told Sounds Like Nashville of the response to the program. “You always hope that it’s a great launch, but it’s going even better than we expected. It looks like we’re going to sell out of a lot of Country Heat kits here at Summit. It’s doing amazing online, so I’m just so excited.

Country Heat features 40 chart-topping re-recorded Country hits, including Luke Bryan’s “Kick the Dust Up,” Thomas Rhett’s “Crash and Burn,” and Blake Shelton’s “All About Tonight.” The moves are easy to follow and are made so that anyone, regardless of their fitness level, can participate.

Not only is Country Heat helping people lose weight, but it’s also helping some fans in ways that Calabrese could have never imagined.

“There have been a few really touching [stories] of people not just with their weight loss story, but you know, when you get more confidence back in yourself, you can change a lot of other things in your life,” she explained. “One woman, she was able to change a lot of things in her personal life and that was a very awesome story for me to hear, that I get help be a part of that. Every time I hear a story like that, it doesn’t get old. It blows my mind and it warms my heart.”

To celebrate the launch, Calabrese invited Country star Jo Dee Messina, who contributed a brand new, original song to Country Heat, to join her on stage at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium to give the coaches a first look at what Country Heat has to offer. Autumn said having Messina by her side was a “dream come true.” Messina echoed her sentiments, telling us spending time with Autumn was like “visiting with a friend.”

The two performed “Night Crawl” together and Messina promised us it wasn’t going to be her last time working out to the program.

“So many fans are like ‘we need to do a Heat Challenge, we need to do a Heat challenge.’ I’m like alright, alright, I’ll get on it,” she told us with a laugh.

The following day, Calabrese invited us to join her for a live Country Heat workout at the Wildhorse Saloon, and of course we jumped at the opportunity. The 30-minute workout was an absolute blast and totally got our staff sweating. The best part? It didn’t feel like a workout at all. It was pure fun!

Country Heat is available now HERE. The program includes five dance workouts plus one full-body dance-conditioning workout, a quick-start guide, a 30-day program calendar, Autumn’s patented portion-control containers and nutrition program, plus a bonus line dance.
