Brett Eldredge Made Thomas Rhett Step Up His Snapchat Game

Like many others in the entertainment industry, Rhett joined Snapchat as a way for fans to get a more intimate look at his day-to-day lifestyle. Instead of becoming an Instagram spammer or spending his life away on Twitter, the country star thought the fun social media craze would be an easy way to connect without overloading his other social accounts.
Thankfully enough for Rhett, the Snapchat newcomer was on tour with Snap season-pro Brett Eldredge who keeps the fire emoji alive when it comes to his Snapstories. Rhett caught wind of Eldredge’s dedication to the app and wanted a lesson or two to make sure he knew all the right filters and geotags to use.
“It is so random. I don’t think I can plan anything that we have done on Snapchat,” said Rhett. “I never even wanted to use Snapchat until I was on the road with Brett Eldredge and noticed that he literally did it all day long, and when he got in bed he would…’Hey, I’m goin’ to bed’. But, it’s such a fun way to just…’cause you can only post so many Instagrams a day, but you can literally Snap a thousand things a day and it only lasts for the day and it’s like seven seconds long. So, I’ve had a blast gettin’ to learn how to use it.”
Now as Rhett has learned the ropes of Snapchat, he goes all in for the Snap as he travels on tour or around the world. It’s just another way for him to show off his global journeys to the fans that get excited over every sneak peek of his life, including his recent Billboard Music Award win for the Top Country Song for his hit single, “Die a Happy Man.”
Rhett’s current single, “T-Shirt,” has been blowing up the charts as well and fans can follow in on his adventures on tour throughout the summer by adding ‘thomasrhett’ as a friend on Snapchat.
