Brett Eldredge Notches Fifth Consecutive No.1 Single
Brett Eldredge returns to the top of the Country Aircheck/Mediabase chart this week with “Drunk On Your Love.”
The song marks the Illinois native’s fifth consecutive chart-topping single, but this one is a little more special to Eldredge.
“This is a special one,” Eldredge shared in a press release. “I wrote this song back before I had one number one, let alone five! I always wanted it to be a single one day and now it’s at the top of the charts! I am constantly floored by the amazing support from my fans and country radio. Grateful is an understatement!”
“Drunk On Your Love” was actually one of the last songs Eldredge recorded for his sophomore album, Illinois. Fans loved the song so much, Eldredge and his record label decided at the last minute to add it to the record.
Next up, Eldredge will head to Las Vegas to perform at the 4th ACM Party for a Cause. He’ll also take the stage to perform at the 51st Annual ACM Awards on Sunday, April 3.
