Brigham Young University Creates Hilarious Parody of Luke Bryan’s ‘Huntin’, Fishin’, and Lovin’ Every Day’

It’s almost that time of year again…college football season, that is. While preseason is in the midst, some of the Brigham Young University football players got in the country spirit and made their own version of a Luke Bryan hit.

The special teams division of the BYU football team took Bryan’s recent hit, “Huntin’, Fishin’, and Lovin’ Every Day,” and created a parody cleverly titled, “Puntin’, Kickin’, and Lovin’ Every Day.” The video shows a couple of the players in all of their natural habitats, from the locker room to the game day field. The guys decided to make the video to give a nationwide shoutout to all of the people that play on special teams who don’t receive the same attention that the quarterbacks and the receivers get.

“If you play on special teams, you know you never get any love. This song is dedicated to all specialists,” they wrote as the video’s caption on YouTube.

While the video was just posted a few days ago, it’s already gotten thousands of views and definitely tons of laughs. With hilarious lyrics like, “If I could make a livin’ of kickin’ up balls / and never worry about returning calls / on the side of the field, waitin’ for my chance to shine,” it’s no wonder people are tuning in to this parody.

Even though he has yet to comment on the video, maybe Bryan will see it and become a little more of a fan for the Utah college team.
