Although Camila Cabello has become a household name thanks to her time in the pop world, she still appreciates the love from the country side of things.

Keith Urban spontaneously planned a free live show in Nashville on Wednesday night (1/17) to announce his next album, Graffiti U, as well as a new tour for 2018. Inviting his fellow tour mate Kelsea Ballerini up to perform with him, they busted out their own rendition of Cabello’s song, “Never Be The Same,” off her self-titled album.

“Spontaneously, I said to Kelsea, ‘We should do something completely different.’ It’s a curveball. I’m a big fan of this next song, which just came out recently. It’s by another artist and I said to Kelsea, ‘We should try this song. What the heck!’ It’s a great song, so we’re gonna give it a shot,” Urban said as he introduced the cover in a rather subtle way.

Someway, somehow, Cabello caught wind of the whole situation and couldn’t help but share the “magical” moment with fans via her Instagram. Going wild over a couple of her favorite artists making their own mark on her song, Cabello expressed her excitement rather blatantly with a couple clips of the performance.

OH MY GOD!!!! @keithurban AND @kelseaballerini THIS. IS. MAGICAL. #NeverBeTheSame

“OH MY GOD!!!! @keithurban AND @kelseaballerini THIS. IS. MAGICAL. #NeverBeTheSame,” Cabello wrote alongside two videos of the impromptu cover.

For those who couldn’t make it out to the last-minute show at the iconic Exit/In venue in Music City, Urban made the set available to viewers everywhere with a live stream posted on his Facebook page. Playing out tracks like “Blue Ain’t Your Color” and “Gone Tomorrow Here Today,” the fans cheered with joy over all of the news spread by the singer set for this coming year.

Graffiti U will be released sometime later in 2018.
