Carrie Underwood and Toby Keith Make Late Night Television Appearances

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon - Season 2

Country music took over television last night with performances by Oklahoma natives Carrie Underwood and Toby Keith.

Underwood performed her new single, “Smoke Break,” from her upcoming album Storyteller on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The superstar also chatted with Fallon about the time her son got locked in a car over the summer and showed off her (lack of) football skills with a game of Facekicker with Andy Samberg.

Keith performed “Rum Is The Reason,” a brand new song from his upcoming album 35 MPH Town on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The song was recorded with Jimmy Buffett’s band, The Coral Reefers. “Rum Is The Reason” was written by Keith and longtime writing partner Scotty Emerick and produced by Mac McAnally.
