Carrie Underwood is as smooth with her sweet talk as her husband and professional hockey player Mike Fisher is smooth with his moves on the ice.

During some rambunctious antics behind the scenes at the Nashville Predators media day, defenseman P.K. Subban jokingly took the microphone away from an interviewer to have a casual chat with Fisher. The crowd followed Subban to witness him ask a silly question to his captain: how it feels “to be the best looking guy on the Nashville Predators and probably in the league.”

Fisher tried to play it coy about his blushing moment, but brushed off the sarcastic comment with a simple, “Says who?” But Underwood came in to save the day for Subban by seconding his hilarious inquiry via a loving quote retweet.

“Says who? Uh…your wife, for one,” Underwood teased with the classic blue and yellow heart emojis to represent her Preds pride.

Thankfully, the NHL captured the moment just following Subban’s impromptu interview in which Fisher acknowledges his wife’s makeshift title for him as the MVP of good looks in the professional hockey league.

Underwood has fully latched on to the Nashville #StandWithUs ways throughout the Predators’ trek to the Stanley Cup Final. She’s been rooting on her partner throughout every game and even gave back her own kind of support by performing the National Anthem before one of the playoff matches. Repping that No. 12 on her back proudly, Underwood could possibly take the title as the Nashville Predators biggest fan knowing all the classic ‘You Suck’ chants by heart.

The Nashville Predators will face off against the Pittsburgh Penguins in game three of the Stanley Cup Final back on their home ice on Saturday, June 3, at 8 p.m. ET.
