It’s no secret that Carrie Underwood has legs for days that anyone would kill for. But thanks to Us Weekly, we can all get one degree closer to the country queen’s workout as she revealed her gym routines to the magazine.

In their latest Best Bodies issue, Us Weekly sat down with Underwood to talk all things health and fitness to learn a few tricks in the bikini bod department. While she switches up her routine on the road, she admits that she goes back to basics for her strength training.

“I like squats, lunges,” she said. “If I go for a jog and I meet up with a good hill, I will lunge up the hill and that will burn them out.”

But half the battle isn’t in the gym; what goes into one’s body helps shape the outside just as much. Underwood is also strict with her vegan diet, using the healthy snacks as post-workout fuel. After her 90 minute sessions that she sticks to six days a week, she surely loves the extra boost of energy she maintains to get through her hectic tour life and busy home life.

“I feel so much better now at 33 than I did when I was 20 because I take better care of myself,” said the mom and country singer.

Keeping those endorphins flowing, Underwood will perform shows throughout the summer and fall with stops for CMA Fest and the Grand Ole Opry. It was also recently announced she’ll be back for Sunday Night Football for the 2017 season, as well as returning to co-host the 50th Annual CMA Awards with Brad Paisley.
