Carrie Underwood is quite the busy woman, balancing motherhood with her massive singing career and maintaining a healthy marriage. But that didn’t stop her from squeezing in ‘29 Questions’ with Refinery 29’s own Lucie Fink.
Having a little gal pal time to hang out one-on-one to promote her workout brand, Calia by Carrie Underwood, the country star exposed some secrets to Fink about shoes, music and all things entertainment.
Admitting to owning about 250 pairs of heels and that she is the ultimate fan for scary movies (the Halloween series is her fave), Underwood also talked about what’s to come in the year ahead for her career.
“We’re always working on new Calia stuff. We have this incredible new line, and it’s gorgeous and beautiful. And I’ll be starting to write songs here soon, so I just feel like I’m gonna be in a very creative space this year,” she said about her future for 2017.
Underwood even talked about her first job working at a gas station back in Oklahoma, her favorite beauty essentials (we’re looking at you, coconut oil!) and her favorite parts of life on the road while touring on stage.
Currently, Underwood is taking a little break from her hectic touring life to stay at home with her son, Isaiah, and hang out for a bit in Nashville before beginning the next record.
