Carrie Underwood to Perform ‘Church Bells’ at 2016 CMT Music Awards

The 2016 CMT Music Awards, hosted by Erin Andrews and J.J. Watt, will air live from Nashville’s own Bridgestone Arena on June 8.

After the surprising announcement of a Pitbull, Leona Lewis and Cassadee Pope collaboration at the 2016 CMT Music Awards, it has also been revealed that Carrie Underwood will hit the stage inside Bridgestone Arena.

The reigning Video of the Year champion will perform her current hit “Church Bells” in what is sure to be one of the night’s most memorable moments.

Additional CMT Music Awards performers include Brothers Osborne, Maren Morris, Michael Ray and LOCASH on the Firestone Stage.

Other previously announced CMT Awards performers include Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Thomas Rhett. Collaborations include Blake Shelton and The Oak Ridge Boys, Billy Ray Cyrus and Cheap Trick, Dierks Bentley and Elle King, Fifth Harmony and Cam, Keith Urban with special guests Brett Eldredge and Maren Morris.

The 2016 CMT Music Awards, hosted by Erin Andrews and J.J. Watt, will air live from Nashville’s own Bridgestone Arena on June 8 at 8 p.m. ET. Fans can go on CMT.com to vote for their favorite videos leading up to the show.
