Charles Esten is someone known in the Nashville community as a proud member who gives back as much as he can to his adopted hometown. Based on his participation within the music community in town, it’s no wonder that he decided to join in on the Randy Travis Tribute for Wednesday night.
The ‘1 Night. 1 Place. 1 Time: A Heroes and Friends Tribute to Randy Travis’ will honor the country legend for his contribution to the genre throughout the many years in his successful career. With stars stepping up to the plate to sing a few of his classics, Esten will add himself to the list to pay recognition to one of the iconic voices of country music with his own appearance representing the television drama, Nashville.
Invited to come hang out for the night at the tribute includes a star-studded lineup with artists like Garth Brooks, Alabama, Rodney Atkins, Kane Brown, Jeff Foxworthy, Montgomery Gentry, Chris Janson, Jamey Johnson, Alison Krauss, Neal McCoy, Scotty McCreery, William Michael Morgan, Joe Nichols and so many more.
The tribute will not only give great gratitude to Travis, but also raise funds for the Randy Travis Foundation from the ticket proceeds. The foundation is a non-profit organization that gives back to those who have suffered from strokes or cardiovascular diseases, as well as provide entertainment education for children who are at-risk.
The ‘1 Night. 1 Place. 1 Time: A Heroes and Friends Tribute to Randy Travis’ will begin at 7 p.m. CT at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. Last-minute tickets for the show can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.
