Charles Kelley Teaches His Son About the ‘Road Life’ in Instagram Video

Charles Kelley decided to start teaching ‘em young as he showed little Ward how to load guitars when heading out on tour. Taking his mini instrument case from room to room in their house, Ward looks like a professional roadie on the Lady Antebellum team as he gets by with no hesitation when he carries the heavy luggage.

Dubbing the clip as the ‘#RoadLife,’ it looks like Ward is all ready to go travel alongside his country music daddy. As a proud Kelley watched on, it may be an indication that his toddler is anticipating some time out on the road with the band and crew.
Not only did the singer teach his kid about his work, but he also introduced Ward to his hobby of golfing. Hoping to hit the links with his boy one day, Kelley expressed how proud he was of his son getting a hang of the clubs and the green.

Although Kelley hasn’t confirmed if his family will join him for upcoming shows, the Lady Antebellum family expands further than just the three members of the trio and their working crew around them. After a #BabyBellum boom, both Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood added to their little families themselves. Scott gave birth to two twin girls, Emory and Betsy, while the Haywoods welcomed daughter Lillie into the world in December of 2017.
