As an artist who came swinging out the gate strong, Chris Lane has already gained quite the success with the release of his debut single, “Fix.” After hitting the No. 1 spot on the country radio charts, Lane is hoping to continue on with this ride by promoting his new music and heading out on tour whenever he can.

While he’s out on the road, Lane has started to see a difference in his live shows from before he released his first song to radio to now as he just finished his time with Rascal Flatts and Kelsea Ballerini on the Rhythm & Roots Tour over the summer. The country singer says he’s got “Fix” to thank for being able to see the shows grow bigger and bigger every single night.

“‘Fix’ has affected my live show in a big way,” Lane explained at a press interview recently. “I mean before all of this, I didn’t have a song where people showed up to the shows and were singing at the top of their lungs. I didn’t know what that felt like. As a cover band when I first started out, it’s easy to get people to sing along to cover songs. But the feeling when it’s your own song is much different when they’re singing it back to you. Every single time I play a live show now, I always make sure I video when I do ‘Fix’ because it’s still a special moment for me every time I get to play that song and hear that many people singing it back. I mean, it’s been a dream, for sure. And more and more people are showing up to every single show. It seems like every week, you can kind of see momentum happening and I hope it don’t stop any time soon.”

Owning all of the whirlwind changes with great humility, Lane remains grateful for the opportunities he’s been given due to the song’s huge success.

Lane will be playing shows throughout the fall and into the early winter, with dates scheduled throughout mid-December. Fans can head over to his website for more information and ticket details for the performances.
