Chris Stapleton Sings the Words You Hate on ‘Kimmel’

After taking home two GRAMMY awards on Monday night, Chris Stapleton made an appearance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night.

In a hilarious skit, Stapleton announced a new compilation album, Chris Stapleton: Cringeworthy. The parody album had Stapleton singing “the most irritating words in the English language,” like “panties,” “ladyfriend,” and what is sure to be “the breakout love song of 2016,” “Moist & Juicy.”

“Hi, I’m Chris Stapleton, here to tell you about my new album, where I turn all the words you hate the most, into songs you will love the most,” the Kentucky native says in the infomercial style clip.

He goes on to showcase a handful of the songs, and somehow manages to make them all sound great, even when he’s singing “Nom-Nom, Yummy, Nom-Nom.” Now that’s a true talent!
