Chris Stapleton’s ‘Traveller’ Continues To Dominate Albums Charts

Following his triple wins at the CMA Awards earlier this month, Chris Stapleton continues to dominate the albums chart with his album Traveller.

In the past week, Traveller sold 97,000 copies in pure album sales, but pushed 124,000 equivalent album units, which includes traditional album sales, digital tracks and streaming, to land at No. 1 on both the all-genre Billboard 200 chart and the Country albums chart.

The 14-track release made history last week, becoming the first album to reenter the chart at No.1.

Stapleton is in good company at the top of the charts as Eric Church’s Mr. Misunderstood follows in the No. 2 slot with 58,000 in pure album sales and 65,000 units overall.

The Kentucky native’s new single, “Nobody to Blame,” catapulted into the Top 40 this week. Listen below.
