Country Stars React to the ACM Awards Nominations
The ACM nominations are here, and some of the biggest artists will have something to celebrate before they hit the streets of Vegas!
After hearing about all of the ACM Awards nominations in the early hours of the day, many country stars became morning people in terms of celebration.
Reba visited the set of CBS This Morning to announce the nominations for the 53rd Annual ACM Awards on Thursday (3/1). After a long-awaited anticipation to hear which names would take each category, the nods were revealed live on air and made the days of some of your favorite country stars.
Chris Stapleton scored the most nominations with a total of eight, followed by Thomas Rhett with six looks from the Academy of Country Music.
Another huge part of the news this morning was that Reba will return as the host for the evening, marking her 15th time taking that post. Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley told fans they would not be returning for this year’s events, leaving it open for Reba to come back around.
