Danielle Bradbery, Trisha Yearwood Perform the National Anthem at Major Sporting Events

Danielle Bradbery and Trisha Yearwood each performed the National Anthem at major sporting events earlier this week.

Bradbery made her way to Heinz Field on Monday night (10/20) to perform the National Anthem during NFL’s Monday Night Football, which airs on ESPN. The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Houston Texans with a final victory of 30-23 for the home team. No stranger to the roar of a crowd, “The Voice” season four winner also appeared during the 2013 NFL season opener in Denver.

Yearwood appeared at Kauffman Stadium to sing at Game 1 of the World Series on Tuesday evening (10/21). The “Prize Fighter” singer, who’s performed the anthem a number of times, always looks forward to the opportunity to sing it again. “I knew when the window of the World Series was, and I said, ‘If I can do it, I’d love to do it,'” she said. “I was so excited that I got to be here for Game 1.”
