Dates for First Leg of Dolly Parton’s Pure & Simple Tour Revealed

Mark your calendars because Dolly Parton is coming to town!

The superstar singer has announced the dates for the first leg of her upcoming Pure & Simple Tour, her first headlining tour in over two decades. The tour coincides with the summer release of her Pure & Simple album. The double-disc record will feature some of her biggest hits as well as several new tracks.

“We’re so excited to get out there and see the fans again. I’m really looking forward to singing songs the fans have not heard in a while, as well as the hits, while debuting a few new ones off Pure & Simple,” said Parton when the tour and album were announced.

Additional dates for Dolly Parton’s Pure & Simple Tour will be announced soon. The “9 to 5” singer will hit more than 60 dates on her first tour in 25 years. She is also gearing up to release her wildly successful TV movie, “Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors,” on DVD May 3.
