CMA Announces December Air-Date for ‘CMA Country Christmas’
The ninth annual CMA Country Christmas special will taped in late September at Belmont University’s Curb Event Center in Nashville, TN.
With the holiday season quickly approaching, the Country Music Association has finally revealed the premiere date for their annual CMA Country Christmas special. Set to debut on Monday, Dec. 10 at 8:00 PM/ET (7:00 PM/CT) on ABC, the holiday special will feature dozens of amazing performances of Christmas classics and collaborations.
Fans watching will be treated to special performances by Tony Bennett, Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Amy Grant, Diana Krall, Dustin Lynch, Martina McBride, Old Dominion, Brad Paisley, Michael W. Smith, Lindsey Stirling, The Isaacs, and Brett Young.
For the second consecutive year, Reba McEntire will host the television special.
“I’ve always cherished celebrating Christmas alongside family and friends, taking time to reflect on the season,” said the icon previously. “I’m so excited CMA invited me back to host their show and am looking forward to fun singing carols with my friends.”
