Dolly Parton brought her Southern charm and quick wit to talk about the sequel to her big television movie, Coat of Many Colors, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night (Aug. 23).

Fallon got straight to business by congratulating the country star on the success of the broadcast and immediately asked her what’s next for the franchise in terms of what the sequel to the film looks like. Parton told the late night talk show host that the sequel was indeed based even more so on some of her life stories and that it would be titled Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love just in time for the holiday season.

While discussing the film during the show, Parton even revealed that she will make a little cameo in the film, inspired by a woman she used to base her look off of even though she didn’t really know what she was all about.

“I get to actually play a little part in the movie because when I was little, I patterned my look after the town trollop in our town,” she said to the audience. “I guess that’s what you call them!”

She got the crowd and Fallon laughing even more when she commented on whether or not she actually knew the woman who inspired the role or if she just admired her from afar.

“Well, I never called her name. I never really got to know her really because I don’t think her family probably knew she was a ho,” she jokingly laughed.
