Dustin Lynch is switching things up a bit to give a new perspective on his old style for his upcoming third record.

Fans have heard bits and pieces of Lynch’s latest project with songs like “Seein’ Red” and “Small Town Boy,” but the country star himself is beyond satisfied with the work he’s put out and sees every song as a smash hit.

“We have one more song to finish it up! The tough part is going to be narrowing it down,” he explained to People recently. “We have more than we can put on. I would be happy with every song on this album being released as a single!”

Not alluding to too many details about the album, even keeping the title a secret for now, Lynch did admit that he changed his lyrical approach to discuss a range of topics unknown to his previous sound. Wishing the fans gravitate toward how he’s developed since Where It’s At, Lynch can’t wait to finally get it out there for his fans to react.

“I’ve made music with new people, I’ve made music in different ways,” he said. “The subject matter’s gonna raise some eyebrows, so it’s gonna be fun to see how that goes, too!”

Dustin Lynch hopes to announce more details regarding his third album later this summer.
