Eli Young Band’s Tour Bus Catches Fire
“Our bus caught fire tonight right outside of Topeka, KS. We've lost more than a bus here. There are memories and possessions that we can't replace," they said.
It was a rough night for the guys of Eli Young Band as their tour bus went up in flames while in Kansas.
Documented by one of the band members through a picture posted on Instagram, it looks as if almost the entire bus caught fire by an unknown cause and drifted all the way into the trailer cart they were linking behind. With the end trailer looking destroyed and melted, Eli Young Band confirmed that many of their prized possessions were burned in the horrific incident as well.
“Our bus caught fire tonight right outside of Topeka, KS. We’ve lost more than a bus here. There are memories and possessions that we can’t replace! It’s really sad to see her go. We’re just happy that our driver, Randy, is safe,” they captioned the frightening picture.
As they said, the driver of the bus was safe from the accident and no one was harmed throughout the burning of the fire. It is still unconfirmed on when and how the fire started.
Eli Young Band is currently out on the road for the next couple months, touring around the country. The band is also continuing to promote their single, “Saltwater Gospel,” which fans can add to their Spotify playlists now.
