It must be Sir Elton John’s time to shine as the iconic music artist continues to receive all the appreciation from other musicians in the industry. This time, he will find great admiration from a number of singers covering his biggest hits on two separate albums this spring.

Over the years, John created and produced some of the greatest singles from the ‘70s on, including “Rocket Man,” “Bennie and the Jets” and “Tiny Dancer.”

With the help of his music partner Bernie Taupin, the two launched to super-stardom with their music-and-lyrics combination in the studio over the past few decades and artists in every genre will contribute their own renditions of the classics on Revamp and Restoration.

A star-studded roster will take on John’s songs, with country music coming in hot as Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert and Maren Morris add their vocal touches to the collections. John gushes over many musical talents he comes across, and can’t wait to hear what each artist comes up with.

“It’s always a huge compliment when an artist loves your song enough to take the time and effort to rework it,” said John about the collection. “As songwriters, Bernie and myself are thrilled when singers we admire and respect as much as those on Revamp & Restoration choose to add their own unique twist in the process. It means that our music is still relevant and ultimately that our songs continue to reach new audiences. We’re humbled and thank them all for their generosity.”

Other featured guests on the compilations include Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, Vince Gill and Don Henley, The Killers, Demi Lovato, Pink and many more spanning from all across the entertainment world.

Elton John and friends were also a part of his GRAMMY salute concert, which will air on Tuesday, April 10, at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.

Both Revamp and Restoration will be released on Friday, April 6.
