Sounds Like Nashville has the exclusive premiere of Eric Paslay’s new “Music Row Takeover” series!

In the first episode, which fans can view above, the singer/songwriter visits the familiar streets of Music Row and talks about the significance of the area. The “High Class” singer stays around the Music Row neighborhood and talks about how dreamlike every single part of the city was to him as a young artist making his way into the scene.

While driving down the streets, Paslay also touches on his much-anticipated new album, Dressed in Black. He talks about how his sophomore effort has many dimensions to it, but it all still comes together refined and ready to tell a story.

“I think Dressed in Black hints at all those different colors of life of gettin’ to a brand new town with young eyes going, ‘This is amazing,’ you know,” he says. “I think Dressed in Black is full of all the songs, a lot of songs that I’ve loved and I’ve written all in these three or four streets in Nashville, Tennessee.”

In leading up to the second episode, Paslay mentions how a place like Nashville is full of opportunity to create stories that make people who they are and take them beyond their wildest dreams.

“I’m grateful that there’s still places that make stories,” Paslay explains.

Right now, Paslay is promoting his single, “Angels in this Town,” on country radio before the release of his new record. Check out this week’s edition of the video series and be sure to tune in next Tuesday at 11 am CT for another look at Paslay’s Nashville life.
