In the second episode of Eric Paslay’s Music Row Takeover video series, the country singer takes fans along for the ride as he drives past some of the most special places in his heart throughout Music City.

For this week’s episode, Paslay drives past many personally historical buildings that built up his career throughout the years. He points out where his first internship was, where he wrote with friend and fellow singer Sarah Buxton and where he once played a huge outdoor show with Alan Jackson and others.

“Four years ago, we played a street party—it was the Capitol Street Party. It was Alan Jackson, Eric Church, myself and Jon Pardi. On this street before all these condos were here, it was an empty parking lot over there. Set up a huge stage probably right where we’re driving right now and this whole road was just full of people and it was awesome,” Paslay tells the camera.

The Music Row Takeover video series is a way to show fans of Paslay’s where he got his start and the most important parts of Nashville in his eyes. It creates a more personal connection for fans to be able to see how Paslay got himself to where he is now.

Paslay is also currently promoting his single, “Angels in this Town,” in anticipation for his new upcoming record.
