Dylan Scott is making camping look fun in the new music video for his single, “My Girl.”

Giving Sounds Like Nashville the exclusive look at the making of the video, Scott and the crew are set in Montgomery Bell State Park right outside of Nashville for the perfect summer setting. With the help of the gorgeous scenery and a camera-equipped drone, the video makes a day out by the lake with a significant other look like the best date idea.

“’My Girl’ is obviously a special song. It’s about my girl and a relationship that’s lasted almost ten years. We’ve dated since we were 15 years old. We just got married a couple weeks ago, so like I said, a very special song,” he explained.

In the video, Scott and his “stand-in” wife (his real wife was not featured in the clip) gallivanted around the state park, taking part in archery, fishing and casual rowing. The two never made the video look like work as Scott and his leading lady laughed their way through the entire romantic clip.

The video itself seems to stack up quite nicely, making every couple wish they could spend a day together out and about by the lake!
