Unapologetically Alabama… That’s what the new country duo Muscadine Bloodline calls their gritty sound. Comprised of Gary Stanton and Charlie Muncaster, the two Mobile, AL natives formed their duo in early 2016 and have been grinding ever since with three singles under their belt and live shows spanning the nation.

Both Stanton and Muncaster sought to pursue their dreams of becoming solo country music singers before joining forces to create their new collaboration. Stanton spent time in Nashville pursuing songwriting before sharing the stage with such acts as Chris Knight, Bucky Covington, Joe Diffie, Corey Smith, Keith Anderson, American Aquarium, Kris Allen, and Benjy Davis. Muncaster also pursued his dreams of singing country music when he earned opening slots for Brad Paisley, The Cadillac Three, Cole Swindell, Corey Smith, Rhett Akins, The Band Perry, Jana Kramer, and Blackberry Smoke.

Now, between Charlie’s powerful vocals and Gary’s guitar skills, the budding country stars have created the perfect recipe for success. In conjunction with their impressive work ethic and continuous touring schedule, Muscadine Bloodline will release their self-titled EP on January 20.

To celebrate the release of their upcoming five-song project, Sounds Like Nashville has the exclusive premiere of the acoustic version of their current single, “WD-40.”
