Florida Georgia Line keeps ticking the collaboration boxes one song at a time.

For their latest studio session, the guys teamed up with pop sensation Bebe Rexha on a song that will be featured on her brand new EP due out this summer. Rexha worked and wrote with a number of artists for the project, including rapper Lil Wayne and a member of rap trio Migos. But it was FGL that really broke Rexha out of her pop bubble and into a new realm of honest songwriting.

“I had never written with a country artist before,” she told Entertainment Weekly recently. “I go in there with them and we write this incredible record after a long day. I just can’t stop listening to it.”

Sources have been saying that the title of the track is to be called “Meant to Be” as a part of the EP, All Your Fault: Part 2.

This isn’t the first time Florida Georgia Line expanded their music horizons. They previously collided the country world with hip-hop when they collaborated with Nelly on a remix for their first No. 1 hit, “Cruise.” They also recently released a song featuring the Backstreet Boys, “God, Your Mama, and Me,” on their Dig Your Roots record and found a spot on The Chainsmokers’ most recent release with their synthesized tune, “Last Day Alive.”

At the moment, Florida Georgia Line is out with Nelly, Chris Lane and Ryan Hurd for the Smooth Tour this summer.
