Fans anxiously awaiting Florida Georgia Line’s new record will be pleased to get a taste of the project with the duo’s newest release, “Sittin’ Pretty.” The mid-tempo song features Brian Kelley taking the lead vocals.

In the track, co-written by Nick Donley, Michael Hardy and Jake Mitchell, the duo sing of just spending the day with that special someone and reveling in their passionate feelings for one another.

“We got all damn day to do it our way / Like an old tire swing in the shade, got it made in the sweet spot / Baby you and me got a couple free seats on a cloud nine ride / Don’t matter if we’re sittin’ on the porch, in a car, at a bar / Or a boat down to Panama City / Gonna be a hell of a view / I’m just fine long as I’m sittin’ next to you sittin’ pretty,” they sing.

The track is the fourth song Kelley and Tyler Hubbard have teased from their fourth studio album, following the lead single, “Simple,” “Colorado” and “Talk You Out of It.” While details surrounding the project have been kept mum, the duo previously shared news of an exciting collaboration with fellow superstar Jason Aldean.

“It’s a big ol’ smash,” shared Kelley during a recent No.1 celebration for Aldean’s “You Make It Easy,” which was co-written by FGL with Morgan Wallen and Jordan Schmidt. “We had a really good time in the studio, that was one of the few collaborations we’ve done where we were in the studio together, all there and there was definitely magic in the room and it felt good already but he brought the thing to life, and I think we’ve presented it in way that’s different, that’s fresh, and it feels like, a big ol’ anthem.”

Stay tuned for more from the duo and expect their new album to drop in early 2019.
