When the Tennessee Titans announced their iconic NFL uniforms were getting a makeover, it was ‘Meant to Be’ that Florida Georgia Line would help debut the jerseys with a massive block party in the heart of the city.

In coordination to the Titans switching things up for the 2018-2019 season later this fall, FGL thought of no better way to commemorate the change than to throw a public party on Broadway where all the bright lights and crazy things happen in Music City. Boosting the festivities up to another level, the duo wanted to represent their adopted hometown with a killer show complete with fireworks and the lot to accompany their wild set.

“We were like, ‘If we’re going to play Nashville, we need to do it right. Let’s rock this thing.’ We’re just jacked. Nashville is a bull’s-eye for everyone to come to right now. Anytime we can represent the city and the Titans, we’re stepping our game up. We’re just thankful,” Brian Kelley explained to The Tennessean about the production of the party.

Not only will the new uniform come with some different features than prior seasons, but they’ll also sport a logo representing the 20 years that the Titans moved their franchise into the city. Starting off as the Oilers before re-branding the mascot name, 2018 will mark two decades in Nashville and hopefully a journey back to the Super Bowl game after years of trying to reach the biggest game of the year.

The guys of Florida Georgia Line aren’t strangers to football; in fact, they put their voices on ESPN’s Monday Night Football promo with Hank Williams Jr. and Jason Derulo for “All my Rowdy Friends Are Here on Monday Night.”
